History and Purpose:



Established in 1997 by an anonymous donor, an alumna of UCR, the Native American Student Programs Scholarship supports sophomores who demonstrate academic excellence and who have completed at UCR at least one quarter of the units required for the bachelor's degree.

Selection and Guidelines:



Student should be at least a sophomore and must have completed at least 1/4 of units required for graduation wit a bachelor's degree. Eligibility based only on grades and courses taken at UCR, and without regard to service, accomplishments, personality, or sex.
