...and contribute to the mission of the UCR Botanic Gardens. Formally established in 1980, our mission is to provide support for the development and maintenance of the Gardens. Through funds accrued from our annual membership fees the Gardens are enhanced and the unique plant collections are continually expanded. Together, we are helping to create an environment that truly serves the needs and desires of the community as well as those of the University. The Botanic Gardens you experience today would not have been possible without the input, generous support and enthusiasm of the Friends. Be a Friend and help us make a difference.
